We stayed here on a family vacation and this place exceeded our expectations... right at the center of the city,wonderful staff and overall a big thank you to Mr.K.K. it was a pleasure to meet you sir.Wish you and your staff all the best!! Will surely visit you next time....

We stayed there over the weekend while visiting friends. The hotel is located in the center of the city not far from the boot jetty and the railway station. The hotel offers a good value for its price. We had a large room. All was clean and the bed was comfortable. The manager is a smart guy and very helpful. There are plenty of Restaurants around for breakfast and dinner.

We were on a SAMUDRAM tour of the Lakshadweep Islands and on our return to Ernakulam had two days to go around before catching our train to Pune. We were on a lookout for a reasonable hotel near Ernakulam South Junction, a walking distance from the station, and bang in front we saw this property. It has yet to complete an year and has AC and non AC accomodations. We prefer non AC. The Hotel is on the 2nd floor upwards with lift facility. The rooms are small but reasonable for a couple. Other standard facilities like TV, phone, WIFI, bath are there. There is no dining facility but restaurents and eateries are just downstairs and around. A middleclass family hotel, close to the Ernakulam South Jn. Since most of the trains we took to go around leave by 5 to 6 a.m., this hotel was very convenient. Er. North (Town) station is not convenient.

Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer.This hotel is located in the heart of Ernakulam (kochi),India. Mandoli residency provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price. We are just a stone's throw away from Ernakulam south railway station and have excellent connections for local transport. You have plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to choose from.
